Our involvement on a current £500 million development is as follows:

• Attending initial design team meetings to explore ECAs planning opportunities.
• Providing capital allowances contract clauses for inclusion in the tendering documentation.
• Analysing total project expenditure and producing interim and final capital allowances claims.
• Liaising with HMRC/VOA in respect of site inspections during the construction project.
• In due course, we will undertake all necessary negotiation with HMRC/VOA in respect of the capital allowances claim.
